Special conference accommodation rates apply at The Gant between 2 and 18 January 2012. Travelplan will advise costs to extend your stay.
TOUR COSTS ARE PER PERSON & INCLUDE:
- United L class Early Bird airfare Sydney to Aspen – book by 29 July and purchase ticket within 40 days of booking, at latest 29 July.
- Allowance of $670 for taxes and fuel surcharge included in cost.
- Seats at this fare are limited.
- Seven nights stay at The Gant, including taxes and service charges.
- Return transportation between Aspen Airport and The Gant.
- Six day Aspen Snowmass 4 mountain lift pass.
TOUR COSTS DO NOT INCLUDE:
Conference registration fees, meals, single room supplements, travel insurance, excess baggage charges, ski hire & lessons, currency adjustment or individual transfer supplements, departure taxes, fuel surcharges and airport taxes.
CHILD COSTS:
Special childrens costs vary with age and number sharing apartments.

AIR TRAVEL OPTIONS:
Qantas Economy – Flights are heavily booked in early January. Travelplan will advise best available special Qantas fares based on your travel dates.
V Australia – great Economy, Premium Economy and Business class fares.
United – there is very limited availability of special United fares.
Business Class - special fares available on all carriers.
OPTIONAL EXTENSIONS:
Travelplan can provide costs to include all major Canadian and US resorts. Aspen long stay specials include pay 8 days lifts – ski for 14 days – 6 days free.
SKI RENTAL - SKI SCHOOL:
Travelplan has great discount rates for quality ski rental – Ski 7 days, Pay 6 or Ski 14 days, Pay 8 – 6 days FREE.
Offers include FREE storage at the base and FREE transport to all 4 Mountains. Drop your skis at the Aspen base after skiing and collect the next day at Snowmass. We can also prebook ski school at all 4 mountains.
